Rewrite Your Story—One Rep, One Step, One Stronger Day at a Time

Transform your second half of life into an active, freer way of living. Experience sustainable fitness that adapts to your lifestyle, ensuring you live stronger, longer.

Essential: Awareness, Mindset, Movement.

Start with awareness. Not willpower.

This isn’t about chasing your former self—it’s about becoming your future self.

Mindset isn’t a side dish. It’s the foundation. Without it, every program collapses under the weight of old stories.

Physical Practice: Not just a workout.

This isn’t about burn, sweat, or soreness.

It’s about rhythm, movement literacy, and capacity you can count on.

Strength, mobility, coordination, regeneration—it all belongs.

This isn’t a plan. It’s a path.

Individual: The right fit, not the most.

One-size-fits-all—doesn't.

Your dose—of intensity, volume, frequency—should fit your life, not break it.

More is not better. Better is better. This is where real progress happens.

Continual: Improvements, Adjustments, Rhythm Over Routine.

Life changes. So should your practice.

We don’t chase streaks. We build rhythm.

It’s not about sticking to a rigid plan—it’s about sticking with yourself.

For many years, my coaching business was called "Fit 2 Play." That’s because I worked with athletes at the highest level of sport. When you're paid to play, the expectations—and the consequences are different. I witnessed firsthand the cost of going "all-out" all the time. Burnout. Injury. Unsustainable pressure.

Today, I believe there’s no more worthy goal than playing strong in the game of life.

We train for that. Intentionally. Sustainably. On your terms. We individualize how you train today—with a healthy mindset and a focus on functional strength—so you can enjoy a pain-free, active lifestyle and live the rest of your life fully engaged.

This isn’t just training. It’s transformation.

You’ll get the support, structure, and strategy to finally shift from a workout mindset to a sustainable physical practice—one built to last, not just get you tired.

With a mix of asynchronous coaching, quick calls, and weekly one-on-one check-ins, you’ll have everything you need to stay on track, make smart adjustments, and keep moving forward—without burning out.

EPIC 90-Day Reset

Rebuild. Reinvent. Reset.

This isn’t another plan.
It’s a turning point.

Most people come to me after trying everything else. The programs. The classes. The 30-day challenges.
They work—until life happens.

That’s where this starts.

This is 90 days of real coaching. Real support. Real change.
You won’t just follow a program. We’ll co-create a physical practice that fits you—your goals, your body, your life.

One that evolves with you.
One that lasts.

This is for you if...

  • You’re tired of the stop-start cycle

  • You’ve outgrown generic workouts and want a real, sustainable practice

  • You’re ready to shift from “more effort” to the right dose

  • You want coaching that meets you where you are—and moves you forward

  • You’re ready to stop pushing and start progressing

What you'll get:

  • 90 days of high-touch coaching tailored to your life

  • Weekly 1:1 calls for clarity, strategy, and support

  • A custom training plan that adapts as you do—across strength, mobility, endurance, and recovery

  • Quick-call support (just enough, just in time) to stay on track between sessions

  • The EPIC Framework as your roadmap—mindset, movement, and regeneration working together

  • A clear path forward to build a physical practice you can sustain for life

Investment: $2700 for the full 90-day coaching experience

This starts with a conversation.
We’ll talk. We’ll see if it fits. And if it does—we’ll begin.

Because here’s the truth:

You’re not paying just for workouts and check-ins.
You’re investing in a different future.

One where you feel strong, capable, and grounded in your body.
One where your training supports your life—instead of competing with it.

That’s what this work delivers.
And that’s why I coach a limited number of clients at a time—

not because I have to, but because that’s what this kind of coaching requires.

This is you and me. One-on-one. No group thread. Not a template.

"I needed a Coach . . . someone to motivate me, to hold me accountable, someone who was approachable and who would also design a safe and effective program that would be both challenging and fun! As a physical therapist and fitness instructor, I knew the importance of working with someone who understood the human body, functional movement, the aging process, and safe progressions AND who could communicate in a way that was insightful, honest, and concise. I was in need of someone who was an exceptional authority in their field, and really fun, too! From the first call, I knew that my goals and (self-limiting) beliefs were being “heard.” I have remained injury free and have become stronger, feel healthier, move better, and continue to set new goals!"

Denise Klatte PT, DPT, GCS

I’ve always pushed my body — my output of energy, and overall endurance are extremely high. I’ve found Jeff Turner instrumental in my preparation, as well as extending my career. Jeff is the best I’ve worked with.

FAQs

I’m not sure remote coaching is right for me – can we talk first?

Absolutely!

You have questions, and I'll have a few for you -- by the end of our call you'll know if this is a fit or not.

How much time is required to get the result I want?

We’ll get clarity on your goal on our initial call.

Once we’ve discussed your objectives and understand your starting point, we make a plan.

There’s no predetermined program with a set amount of days/times that you have to fit into – our work together is completely customized to meet your needs and desires, goals and challenges.

I will create, motivate, and inspire you with a sustainable program that fits into your life – in other words, a physical practice.

I have some old injuries, can you work around them?

Yes! We'll discuss your current health and past injuries during our initial call and address all concerns.

Clients are often referred to me because of past issues, and clinicians I’ve worked with have confidence I can find the right amount of the right stuff for you to do at the right time (“the dose”), regardless of your condition.

To be clear, I do not diagnose. If you have any concerns, please talk to your health care provider. I'm happy to talk to them as well.

How much support is available?

Like Goldilocks… just the right amount.

We’ll talk about what that looks like during our initial call.

Some people want 24/7 access – this isn’t that, but you will feel well supported. We’ll have our scheduled calls, but if something comes up in between, I’m here for you with a quick call.

What are we doing on the calls?

Our calls are where real transformation happens through expert coaching, strategy, and support tailored to your journey.

This isn’t (traditional) personal training—it’s a smarter, more effective approach designed for maximum impact with minimal wasted effort.

With a mix of asynchronous coaching, quick calls, and weekly check-ins, you get the guidance, accountability, and adjustments you need—without the outdated model of someone counting your reps. This is how you build a sustainable, results-driven physical practice for life.

I’m new to strength training -- can I do this?

The overarching theme of my coaching is living stronger, longer – everything we do aligns with this imperative goal.

Strength training may not be what you think it is; there are many paths to strong, fit, and healthy. We are building your body’s strength and stamina, but this is not about lifting bone-crushing amounts of weight. By easing into this new practice, consistency becomes a byproduct.

I know you can do this! And we'll have a conversation before you join, so you'll feel confident about how we'll approach strength training.
