Because the goal isn't to find the perfect plan.

The goal is to build something you can return to again and again.

This is where it becomes yours. We adjust based on feedback, build rhythm, and turn training into something you can return to consistently—even when life gets full.

  • Absolutely! You have questions, and I'll have a few for you. By the end of our call, you'll know whether this is a fit. Fill out this form to get started.

  • We'll get clarity on your goals during our initial call. Once we understand your starting point, we'll make a plan that's sustainable and fits into your life. There's no predetermined template—our work is completely customized.

  • Yes! We'll discuss your health history and past injuries during our initial call. Clients are often referred to me because of past issues, and clinicians I've worked with have confidence I can find the right dose for you, regardless of your condition.

    To be clear, I do not diagnose. If you have concerns, please talk to your healthcare provider—I'm happy to talk to them as well.

  • Just the right amount. We'll have our scheduled calls, but if something comes up in between, I'm here for you. You'll feel well supported without being overwhelmed.

  • Our calls are where real transformation happens through coaching, strategy, and support. This isn't traditional personal training—it's a smarter approach designed for maximum impact with minimal wasted effort. You get guidance, accountability, and adjustments without someone just counting your reps.

  • Absolutely! Strength training may not be what you think it is. We're building your body's strength and stamina, but this is not about lifting bone-crushing amounts of weight.

    By easing into this practice, consistency becomes a byproduct. We'll talk before you join so you'll feel confident about the approach.

  • Yes. If you start with the Strong Start and want to continue into the full 90-Day Reset, we'll credit your Strong Start investment, and you'll only pay the difference.

  • Life happens. We'll work with you. For monthly programs, you can cancel with 10 days' notice. For the 90-Day Reset, we'll discuss your situation and find a solution.

We’ll talk about where you are, where you want to go, and how we can get you there—so you can live stronger, longer in the second half of life.
